PGConf Local: Philly 2017 is a non-profit symposium to grow the PostgreSQL community by educating and increasing awareness to further PostgreSQL adoption.

PGConf US does not tolerate harassment of PGConf US participants in any form. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, displaying sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks and social events around PGConf US. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the PGConf US co-chairs.
If a participant engages in behavior violating this code of conduct, the PGConf US co-chairs may take any action they deem appropriate, including ejection from the conference with no refund or contacting the authorities.
PGConf US staff are willing to help participants contact hotel/venue security or the NJPD, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.

If for any reason you have registered PGConf US but are unable to attend, PGConf US will permit full refunds up until 30 days before the conference. After this period, your ticket is nonrefundable.
