We are ready to accept your proposals for sessions!

You can submit proposals for Talks and Workshops. Proposals should fit in one of the 1 track: PostgreSQL. The submission period has begun Monday, May 1. 2017 and closes Friday, June 2. 2017. That means you have only 5 days left! Remember Philly2017 will only be as good as the sessions you present. Submit early, submit often!

If you feel that you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a PGConf US 2017 volunteer immediately. Other forms of contact:

Policy

PGConf US does not tolerate harassment of PGConf US 2017 participants in any form. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, displaying sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks and social events around PGConf US 2017. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the PGConf US 2017 co-chairs.

Disciplinary Action

If a participant engages in behavior violating this code of conduct, the PGConf US 2017 co-chairs may take any action they deem appropriate, including ejection from the conference with no refund or contacting the authorities.

PGConf US 2017 staff are willing to help participants contact hotel/venue security or the NJPD, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.

If for any reason you have registered PGConf US 2017 but are unable to attend, PGConf US 2016 will permit full refunds up until 30 days before the conference. After this period, your ticket is nonrefundable.
